Susan was an awesome counselor. She made sure she kept in touch all the way up until we boarded the ship. I never had a problem with her returning my calls and answering questions. I could jot ask for a better counselor and I will be using her again soon.

Armando was very nice to deal with, and very accomodating. He did consistently underestimate the amount of time that it would take for him to deal with the call he was on, every time we called, however that is pretty minor; if the other customers were debating & flip-flopping like we were, it's totally understandable.
