Donald is my family and friend's go-to-guy for cruises. He responds quickly to all inquires; he searches for exactly what I request; Donald worked to get us upgraded on our cruise just completed; It sounds a little silly--but he is now like a family member. I just returned from a cruise yesterday and will discuss one maybe two cruises w/Donald for 2014. Susan is a terrific Counselor. We deal with her directly on each cruise and she has been wonderful this time as we had a death in the family on the cruise and emailed Susan and she helped us with our further plans straight away.
