Cher was absolutely awesome and I'm so thankful she took my initial call. Our cruise ended in LA and unfortunately LAX was in lockdown that day ... I simply e-mailed Cher to see what our options were, flight-wise, and she immediately called my cell number. We ended up on a later flight, not needing a room, so all was well. She called the next morning as well, to make sure we'd arrived home safely.
