I was delighted with Luis' prompt service and responsiveness to my questions. One suggestion - the interior cabins on the Verandah Deck of the Zuiderdam are NOT pleasant. They do not have a sofa, nor do they have room for the one chair that is provided. We finally had the chair away. We suggest you steer clients away from those locations on the Zuiderdzm as well as the sister ships! This is in no way a reflection on Luis, as he would be relying on the material provided by HAL, which implies that there would be a sofa and chair, and more spacious accomodations than really exist.
