Cliff always looks out for us and makes sure we get the best available - whether it's a good bargain on a cruise, a great hotel at the end of our cruise, or the insurance policy we took out to protect us in case of an emergency. Glad he recommended it (and encouraged us to take it - we used it. Theron was ill while we were there.
