Seasonal Price Surcharges
Weddings taking place on the following holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, and Easter are subject to a $200 surcharge. Ceremonies on these dates are not available in all ports. Holidays differ by countries and islands; restrictions and additional fees could apply.

Princess has you covered with onboard entertainment for your wedding! There are many entertainment options to enhance your special day.

Wedding Cakes
All cakes are created just for you by the ships Pastry Chef. Choose cakes in traditional vanilla or rich chocolate with a selection of fillings. Fondant, fresh flowers, cake toppers, ribbons, piping design and other enhancements can be added for an additional fee. Please note ashore service availability is dependent on your ship’s itinerary.

Ceremony Enhancements

• Mother’s Rose Ceremony: honor the bride and groom’s mother or other family members during a wedding ceremony. - $20
• Sparkling Wine Toast: Enjoy a sparkling wine toast following the ceremony. - $95
• Sand Ceremony: Blending of the sand is a unique way to symbolize two lives becoming one. This is also a great way to incorporate children or family into the wedding ceremony. Note all items must be provided by the couple.

 
The following ships do not offer legal weddings at sea: Sapphire Princess, Diamond Princess & Majestic Princess. Depending on the itinerary, legal ceremonies may be possible harborside on these ships.

Bermuda law prohibits same-sex legal ceremonies onboard while at sea, however symbolic ceremonies are available to book and are welcome on all ships.
 
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Your Princess Perfect Wedding Coordinator will confirm your wedding time and location for you. If you have a specific time and location you would like to be married, inform your Wedding Coordinator and they can request this for you. All locations and times are subject to availability. Set ceremony times are usually 11am, 12.30pm, 2pm or 3.30pm subject to availability and cruise itinerary.
• The Wedding Package total is due at the time of booking your wedding. All wedding extra touches and options must be selected and paid in full no later than 60 days prior to your cruise.
• For At Sea weddings, once you have submitted your Notice of Intended Marriage and any decrees (if applicable) you will not need to bring or provide any other items. The marriage license will be processed and ready for you once onboard.
• Your Princess Perfect Wedding shoreside Coordinator will help you plan all ceremony and reception items until you leave for your cruise. Once onboard you will have an invite to meet with the Events and Guest services supervisor who will be your Onboard wedding event coordinator. The onboard wedding coordinator will go over all the wedding details and will be your contact for your wedding day celebration once you embark the ship.
• Upon returning home, please allow 12–16 weeks to receive your certified copy (12–18 weeks for international mailings).
• If you are being married on embarkation day at any port you will receive priority boarding. Priority boarding does not apply for At Sea or Ashore Wedding options.
• All ceremonies and receptions are booked based on availability. On occasion, weddings may be booked within 60 days at an additional late booking fee of $250 USD. Please reach out to us to find out options and availability, as we'd love to work with you and book your special day.
• You and your guests must carry onboard all of your wedding items. If your wedding is scheduled on embarkation day, you and your guests must carry onboard all of your wedding items in a approved carry-on (one per person). Luggage checked curbside may not arrive in your stateroom until after the wedding. Local port authority customs do not permit any fresh foods, meats, flowers or plants to be brought onboard.
