Situated on the northern shore of Manitoulin Island, Little Current is considered the gateway to the World's Largest Freshwater Island. The swing bridge, the town's most famous landmark, has marked the entrance to the island since 1913, and The Cup and Saucer Trail, one of the most popular hiking trails in Ontario, boasts fantastic views of the island atop limestone bluffs.
