The Lower Savage Islands are a remote cluster of small, uninhabited Arctic islands located in the Hudson Strait between Baffin Island and northern Quebec. Characterized by rugged rocky shores, icy waters, and extreme weather conditions, they are part of a harsh but ecologically rich marine environment. The surrounding waters are home to seals, seabirds, and seasonal polar bears, attracting mainly wildlife researchers and expedition cruise operators. Without a permanent settlement or infrastructure, the Lower Savage Islands remain one of Canada's most isolated and untouched northern landscapes.
