Located in the Okinawa Prefecture of Japan, Nakagusuku is a village boasting plateaus of limestone, jagged cliffs and historical ruins. Travelers can visit the remains of Ryukyuan Castle or Nakagusuku Castle. Keep an eye out for the village mascot, Gosamaru, said to be the most popular resident of the Nakagusuku Castle.
