One of Royal Caribbean’s Voyager-class ships, the Mariner of the Seas is a spacious, amenity-packed ocean-going resort. Sports enthusiasts will enjoy the rock-climbing wall, ice-skating rink, miniature golf course and full-size basketball court. Thrill seekers will love the three-story twists and turns of The Perfect Storm dual high-speed racer slides and an action packed glow-in-the-dark laser tag course. The puzzle and mystery lovers on board can experience Escape Room: Observatorium, solving mind benders and riddles while traveling through time and space. Adventure Ocean provides hours of enjoyment to kids ages 3 to 17, including two teen-only areas, Living Room and Fuel Dance Club. The Royal Promenade, a “street” that is four decks high and stretches longer than a football field, is lined with shops, eateries and bars. The day spa and fitness center features state-of-the-art exercise equipment, sauna, spa treatment rooms and beauty salon. Dining venues include a three-tiered dining room, the Windjammer Café and Johnny Rockets ’50s-style diner, as well as a reservations-only restaurant, Chops Grille. A number of bars, such as R Bar and Boleros Latin-themed lounge, are popular evening hangouts, while the Casino is a flurry of excitement as guests try their hand at poker, blackjack and roulette. Grab a cocktail at the Polynesian-themed Bamboo Room before catching a Broadway-style musical productions held in the Savoy Theater. All staterooms feature sitting area, vanity area and private bathroom.
