Dining on board is always a special event and time to experience new levels of culinary delight. From breakfast to midnight snacks, you will be impressed by the vast array of superb food the chefs have prepared and by the attentive service of the stewards. Seating is open for breakfast and lunch, while dinner is served at one of two assigned seatings in the main dining rooms. Both ships offer more casual dining options as well, where guests can come and go as they please.
Main Dining Room Policies: While breakfast and lunches are generally served in the restaurant on an open seating basis, two sittings with allocated seating are operated for dinner in the evening. On days at sea, these sittings normally start at 5:30pm and 8:30 p.m.
Dress Code: On formal or gala evenings, men are encouraged to wear a dinner jacket or lounge suit, while ladies may don an evening or cocktail dress. On informal nights, men can wear a suit, smart jacket and trousers with or without a tie, while ladies can wear a cocktail dress or pantsuit. On casual nights, the choice of dress is up to the passenger.
Beverage Policy: Complimentary tea and coffee is available from the relevant refreshment stations on each ship between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and midnight each day. Outside of these times, you may purchase hot drinks and a range of specialty coffees from any of the ship’s bars.
Special Requests: Special meals are available, including gluten-free, lactose-free, low cholesterol, low fat, low salt and vegetarian meals. Pre-packaged Kosher and Halal meals are available if requested at least 6 weeks prior to sailing. Please advise your travel agent of any special requirements no later than two weeks prior to departure.
All dining rooms onboard Cruise and Maritime ships are smoke-free.
