Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are served in the dining room. Hours of operation will be posted and are subject to change to accommodate the expedition. Meals are prepared by internationally trained chefs and the menu changes daily. A vegetarian choice is always offered.
Breakfast: Breakfast is served buffet style. Fresh pastries are available from about 6 AM.
Lunch: Lunch often features a buffet. Afternoon tea, with pastries and cookies, is also served daily at about 4 PM.
Dinner: Dinner is an open seating plated service with a choice of 3 main dishes.
