Summary of Future Cruise Credit Rules

American Cruise Lines

Select sailings in 2021 have been cancelled. Guests who have received their 125% FCC or are currently waiting for theirs to be issued must apply the credit to a new cruise purchase and sail by 12/31/2021. The FCC may not be used to pay the deposit but may be used to pay for taxes and fees on a future booking. To see a list of American Cruise Lines sailings, click here.

Azamara

Azamara sailings through 6/30/2021 have been cancelled. Guests who have received the 125% FCC or are currently waiting for theirs to be issued must apply the credit to a new cruise purchase by 4/30/2022 and travel by 9/30/2022. The FCC may be used to pay the deposit but may not be used to pay taxes and fees on a future booking. To see a list of Azamara Cruises sailings, click here.

Carnival

The following sailings have been cancelled:

• All sailings through June 30, 2021
• Carnival Splendor sailings through August 10, 2021,
• Carnival Spirit sailings through and including September 12, 2021
• Carnival Fascination sailings through and including January 9, 2022
• Carnival Sunrise 7 and 8 day sailings from October 9, 2021 through and including April 30, 2022 and Miami 5 day sailing January 3, 2022
• Carnival Radiance 12 and 14 day sailings from May 2, 2021 through and including April 29, 2022 and 5 day sailings December 23, 2021 and December 28, 2021
• Carnival Valor sailings through and including September 11, 2021
• Carnival Magic sailings through and including September 24, 2021
• Carnival Liberty sailings from September 17, 2021 through and including October 18, 2021
• Carnival Sunshine sailings from October 11, 2021 through and including November 13, 2021
• Carnival Legend sailings through and including October 31, 2021

Guests who selected the FCC will receive a 100% FCC plus a $300 OBC (Onboard credit) per stateroom if their cruise was five days or less and a 100% FCC plus a $600 OBC per stateroom if their cruise was six days or more.

The FCC may not be used to pay the deposit or taxes and fees on a future booking. Unused FCC balances may be applied as an onboard credit on any new booking in an amount of up to $500 per cabin. Any funds still leftover will be forfeited. FCCs must be rebooked by 9/30/2021 for sailings departing by 9/30/2023. To see a list of Carnival sailings, click here.

Celebrity

All sailings through June 30, 2021, Alaska, Pacific Coastal, Canal and Transatlantic sailings June through September 2021 aboard Celebrity Millennium and Europe & Transatlantic cruises on Celebrity Edge and Celebrity Constellation through October 31, 2021 have been cancelled. Guests who have received the 125% FCC or are currently waiting for theirs to be issued must apply the credit to a new cruise purchase by 4/30/2022 and travel by 9/30/2022. Costa Cruises

The following sailings have been cancelled:

Guests who have received the FCC or are currently waiting for theirs to be issued must apply the credit to a new cruise purchase by 6/30/2023 for any sailing through 12/31/2023. Blackout dates apply. Crystal

All Crystal Serenity departures through June 30, 2021, Crystal Serenity European cruises through October 19, 2021, Crystal Symphony departures through December 21, 2021, Crystal Esprit departures through August 1, 2021 and Crystal Endeavor departures through August 18, 2021 have been cancelled.

Crystal Serenity and Symphony sailings through 6/19/2020, Crystal Esprit sailings through 6/28/2020 and Crystal Endeavor sailings through 10/31/2020: Guests who have received the 125% FCC or are currently waiting for theirs to be issued must apply the credit to a new cruise purchase by 12/31/2022.

Crystal Serenity cancelled sailings 6/26/2020 and later, Crystal Symphony cancelled sailings 7/3/2020 and later, Crystal Esprit cancelled sailings 7/5/2020 and later and Crystal Endeavor cancelled sailings 11/1/2020 and later: Guests who have received the 115% FCC or are currently waiting for theirs to be issued must apply the credit to a new cruise purchase by 12/31/2023.

Cunard

Queen Mary 2 sailings through 11/12/2021,  Queen Victoria sailings through 8/27/2021 and Queen Elizabeth sailings through 10/11/2021 have been cancelled. Guests who elected to receive the 125% FCC or are currently waiting for theirs to be issued must apply the credit to a new cruise purchase by 12/31/2021 for any new sailing through early 2023. Disney

All sailings through 6/30/2021 plus Disney Magic sailings through 9/18/2021 have been cancelled. Guests who have received the 125% FCC or are currently waiting for theirs to be issued must apply the credit to a new cruise purchase within 15 months of the original sail date. Holland America

The following sailings have been cancelled:

• All sailings through 6/30/2021
• Zaandam sailings through August
• Cruises of eight days or longer that call at a U.S. port through November 1, 2021

• All other cruises: 110-125% FCC for paid in full guests, FCC in the amount of double the deposit paid for guests with bookings not paid in full

Guests who have received the FCC or are currently waiting for their FCC to be issued must apply the credit to a new cruise purchase within 12 months of the FCC issue date and sail by 12/31/2022. Select Norwegian coastal departures through April 2021 and global expedition departures through September 2021 have been cancelled. All sailings through 6/30/2021 plus Norwegian Breakaway, Norwegian Dawn, Norwegian Escape, Norwegian Getaway, Norwegian Sky, Norwegian Spirit, Norwegian Star and Norwegian Sun departures through August 31, Norwegian Epic departures through through September 1, 2021 and Norwegian Pearl departures through November 7, 2021 have been cancelled. Guests on sailings cancelled 3/13-17/2020 who have received the 150% FCC, guests on sailings cancelled 3/18/2020 or later who have received the 125% FCC or guests who are currently waiting for their FCC to be issued must apply the credit to a new cruise purchase within one year of the issue date for sailings departing on or before 12/31/2022. Oceania Cruises

All departures through 6/30/2021 have been cancelled. Guests who have received the 100% FCC and the bonus 25% FCC or are currently waiting for theirs to be issued must apply the credit to a new cruise purchase within one year of issue date for sailings departing on or before 12/31/2022. The 100% FCC may be used to pay the deposit and taxes and fees on a future booking but the bonus 25% FCC may not be used to pay the deposit or taxes and fees on a future booking. P&O Cruises

Arcadia, Aurora, Azura and Ventura departures through August 31, 2021 and Britannia and Iona departures through September 30, 2021 have been cancelled. Guests who have received the 125% FCC or are currently waiting for theirs to be issued must apply the credit to a new cruise purchase by 12/31/2021 for any future sailing. Paul Gauguin Cruises

All sailings through 6/5/2021 have been cancelled. Guests who have received the 120% FCC or are currently waiting for theirs to be issued must apply the credit to a new cruise within 24 months of the original date of sailing. The FCC may be used to book a cruise on Paul Gauguin Cruise Line or Ponant Cruise Line and may be transferred to a friend or family member so long as the new sailing takes place within 24 months of the original sailing date. Ponant

All sailings through 5/31/2021 have been cancelled. Guests who have received the 100% FCC or are currently waiting for theirs to be issued must apply the credit to a new cruise purchase within 18 months of the departure date of their cancelled cruise. The FCC may be used to book a cruise on Ponant Cruise Line or Paul Gauguin Cruise Line and may be transferred to a friend or family member so long as the new sailing takes place within 24 months of the original sailing date. Princess

All departures through June 30, 2021, all cruises longer than seven days sailing in and out of U.S. ports through November 1, 2021, cruises departing in and out of Japan through November 8, 2021, 2021 world cruise and segments on Island Princess, the 2021 South America grand voyage on Pacific Princess and all Star Princess departures have been cancelled.

• Cruises and cruise tours on Coral Princess, Grand Princess, Pacific Princess and Royal Princess departing after 5/11/2020, Alaska cruises roundtrip from San Francisco on Star Princess and roundtrip from Los Angeles on Golden Princess departing after 5/11/2020, Enchanted Princess’ sailings in Europe through 7/31/2020, Sun Princess sailings 6/1/2020 through 9/4/2020, Diamond Princess sailings’ departing 5/11/2020 through 8/4/2020: 100% FCC plus 25% bonus FCC for paid-in-full bookings only
• Select Australia sailings: 100% FCC plus bonus FCC that varies by sailing
• All other sailings: 100% FCC plus 25% bonus FCC for paid-in-full bookings or an FCC in the amount of double the deposit paid for bookings not paid in full.

Guests who have received the FCC or are currently waiting for theirs to be issued must apply the credit to a new cruise purchase before 12/31/2022 for any cruise departing by 12/31/2022. All sailings through 6/30/2021 have been cancelled. Guests who have received the 125% FCC or are currently waiting for their FCC to be issued must redeem their FCC within one year of issue date and can use it for sailings departing on or before 12/31/2022. Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection

All sailings through 7/17/21 and Canada/New England departures September 10, 2021 through November 3, 2021 have been cancelled. Affected guests are being offered a refund or a discount on their next cruise booking in lieu of an FCC. Customers who choose the discount have three deadlines:

• A 30% future cruise discount applies if guest rebooks by 6/30/2020
• A 25% future cruise discount applies if guest rebooks by 9/30/2020
• A 20% future cruise discount applies if guest rebooks by 3/31/2021

Scenic Cruises

All Scenic Eclipse sailings through September 2021 have been cancelled.

Guests who have received an FCC for suspended cruises departing between September 1, 2020 and October 31, 2020 must apply their credit to a cruise departing by 12/31/2023.

Guests who have received an FCC for suspended cruises departing between November 1, 2020 and December 31, 2020 must apply their credit to a cruise departing by 12/31/2022.

Guests who have received an FCC for suspended cruises departing between January 1, 2021 and March 31, 2021 must apply their credit to a cruise departing by 12/31/2023.

Guests who have received an FCC or are currently waiting for their FCC to be issued for suspended cruises between April 1, 2021 and September 30, 2021 must apply their credit to a cruise departing by 6/30/24.
