This was my wife and my first cruise and our 20th anniversary. We really did not what to expect but Kaitlyn helped us through the entire process, gave us suggestions and even helped get us a room that would make motion sickness that my wife has a little more bearable (by the way she had absolutely no issues on the trip and the room was in a perfect location).
