Amélie's performance was OUTSTANDING! She was available when I called and when I did have to leave a voice message, she returned my calls even if she had to call more than one number to find me. She answered all of my questions (and I had a lot). This was our longest and most expensive cruise, so I wanted everything to be the best. Christopher is a great sales rep. He was readily available and very helpful whenever we needed assistance.
