Wylie went the extra mile for us on this cruise booking. He got us an upgrade from oceanview to balcony and we really appreciated it. It was great to have the balcony going through the Panama Canal especially for the early morning portion. We did put a deposit down on a future Princess cruise but not for a specific cruise. We will call Wylie when we have made a decision on which one.
