Coffee was a great cruise counselor! This was our 7th cruise with Vacations To Go, and all of your counselors have been very good. One thing that set Coffee apart, however, was that he called me all on his own about an issue he thought I might be concerned about. I had not asked about this, or expressed concern, but he was interested and conscientious enough that he contacted me to see how I felt. How I felt was that he had gone above and beyond to help one of his customers! I will definitely request Coffee to book our next cruise. He's an excellent counselor!
