We absolutely LOVE Chester! My mom booked past cruises with Chester before and recommended that we go through him-- GREAT advice. I was so impressed by Chester's incredibly prompt replies to my inquiry, which is true indication that his priority was to ensure that his customers were happy. We will forever be grateful for our upgrade to Aqua class. Though the Celebrity Cruise Line and the ship itself were both wonderful, my husband and I feel that the stateroom upgrade really made our trip! We vow to book our next cruise with Chester.
