Floyd gets it done. I don't like these fast talking salesmen that sell you something and then don't follow through. Floyd tells you what is available and lets you decided and than he gets it done, all done. In todays hectic society people don't want to have to constantly follow up to see if what has been promised has been delivered. With Floyd it's a done deal I can go on with my life and enjoy our vacation because I know it's done and done right.
