I can't believe I used to do all our cruise planning on my own. Once I found Ellis (he was referred by a friend) all I have to do is contact him with our plans and it's done! I never worry that I could have gotten a better deal on my own and he has saved me tens of hours trying! We are frequent cruisers and rely on him heavily when planning! You need to clone him!!!! I never send him an email that I don't get a response within 24 hours but most of the time within hours on the same day!
